The City desires to engage a professional consultant to prepare Storm Drain Master Plan (SDMP). The City of Tustin Storm Drain Plan was prepared in 1969; however, only the Storm Drain Atlas Map is available (Attachment C, CADD files will be provided upon request). Additionally, the Runoff Management Plan was developed for Tustin Legacy in 2004 (Attachment D). The SDMP will include the complete mapping of the City storm drain system and production of storm drain GIS layers, complete hydrology model, and an analysis of the existing system with recommendations for future Capital Improvement Projects in keeping with Low Impact Development and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System considerations and downstream capacity restrictions.
