The City of Pomona ("CITY") is seeking proposals ("Proposals") from qualified firms ("Proposers") for Professional Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Inspection, and Sampling Services, in accordance with the Scope of Service or Specifications stated herein. Other Details The objective of this project is to construct new water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure with the City. There are five projects that require inspection services, construction management, and construction testing/sampling services. The most responsive and responsive consultant proposal must provide the field construction management and inspection services to support and satisfy the City’s needs to complete a successful CIP construction project.
