Specifications include, but are not limited to: Nevada County seeks a qualified firm (Proposer) with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide the necessary documents to obtain a building permit to construct a new Animal Shelter in Nevada County. The Architectural firm must provide all engineering support including but not limited to Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Landscape, Septic system, Geotech Soils engineering, CEQA, Cameras, Access Control and Specifications for all the component trades. The Architect will also provide construction support, monthly meeting attendance during construction and resolution from any technical oversight found in the plans during construction.
