Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Cosumnes Community Services District (“District”) is seeking bids from qualified Proposers to provide professional, uniformed, and unarmed private security services at various District recreation facilities and events. The District requires event security at various recreation facilities and parks located throughout the District. All facilities and parks are within the City of Elk Grove at District-owned properties. Events are rented to any and all individuals, organizations, and businesses that complete rental agreements with the District. Events that include the consumption of alcohol are required to have security guards present, as are any other events deemed appropriate by the District. 1.1. Provide unarmed security during events and rentals at various locations, including special events and partnership events as requested; 1.2. All work to be performed in a professional manner, taking care to protect District property and assets from damage before, during, and after servicing; 1.3. Security guard(s) provided will have the necessary training, ability, and skills to perform all of the required duties. 1.4. Security guard(s) shall always be clearly identified by uniform, shirt, and badge as indicated in the Private Security Services Act. 1.5. Security guard(s) shall always have the means on their person(s) to contact on-site District staff and emergency personnel, via cell phone or handheld radio. 1.6. All scheduled security to be coordinated with the CSD Facilities/Recreation Supervisor or appointed District staff.
