The 2-forms wide roll is pin fed with a horizontal perforation four inches (4") from top of form with one-quarter inch (¼") tieon both ends of perforation. Tic marks (cutter positioning guides) shall be placed at each twelve inch (12") interval on front (both edges) in lieu of horizontal perforations at the top and bottom of form. In addition, a horizontal perforation four inches (4") from the top of each form shall be of strength not to tear when bursting occurs as this perforation shall be detached by the customer when vehicle is sold. This perforation shall be smooth when detached. The Notice of Transfer and Release of Liability section of the form (REG 138A)found at the top of the certificate, shall be exactly four inches (4") from the top of the form to the horizontal perforation. The certificate portion of the form (REG 17.30RS) shall measure exactly eight inches (8") from the horizontal perforation to the bottom of the form. Product is to be printed and shipped roll to roll on a six inch (6") core. Two rolls per pallet, approximately twenty-thousand (20,000) two-up forms per roll (yield forty thousand (40,000) forms each. Form is to unwind from the bottom headfirst with the front of the form facing up on forty-inch (40") roll feed paper with a six-inch (6") inner diameter core.(2).Fan Fold Forms (REG 17.30FF, REG 17.31 and REG 489)a.This is a one-part continuous form eight inches (8") wide by twelve inches (12") in height. The form includes a one-half inch (½") pin feed control strip on both sides perforated for removal, yielding a form seven inches (7") wide by twelve inches (12") in height with control strips removed. There are two-thousand five-hundred (2,500) forms per carton.
