Specifications include, but are not limited to: Print ServicesSCCHA seeks experienced firm(s) who can provide full-service, high-quality print services onan as-needed basis for business materials including business cards; envelopes; booklets andmanuals; newsletters; flyers; and brochures. The selected provider(s) will provide SCCHA staffwith assistance from initial concept to layout, graphic design, review, and other associatedprofessional services to deliver quality documents that will be used by the agency in itsmarketing and outreach efforts. The firm(s) must deliver a final pre-release proof to the SCCHAfor approval prior to distribution. The ability to process a high volume of copying within a shortturn-time is highly desirable. The firm(s) must deliver all completed print jobs at no additionalcost.The firm must be capable for providing any and all projects in increments of 100, 500, 1,000,2,500, 5,000, 10,000, or 20,000 and offer bulk rates for each. Please indicate any applicablediscounts that may apply at different volume levels.Mail ServicesSCCHA also seeks proposals from experienced firm(s) who can support the agency withvarious bulk mailing campaigns, which are conducted on an ad hoc basis throughout the year.The firm must provide mailing and distribution services or work in-coordination with a firm whoprovides mailing services. Firm will retain and store the templates used which may include butis not limited to: newsletters, annual waitlist reminder postcards, and general correspondenceto landlords and tenants. The selected firm(s) shall deliver all mail and other sensitiveinformation in a safe, secure, and confidential manner. Failure to do so will result in a breach ofcontract. The firm must perform quality assurance during all aspects of the printing and mailingprocess.
