The project work is generally described as: The project involves the rehabilitation of three primary clarifiers at the Oro Loma Sanitary District Wastewater Treatment Plant. Scope includes full cleaning of the clarifier interiors, steel component repairs, replacement of rubber seals and fasteners on fiberglass launders, installation of cathodic protection, and coating replacement on both submerged and non-submerged steel surfaces. The contractor will remove all existing interior coatings via abrasive blasting, apply new high-solids epoxy and epoxy-siloxane coating systems, and replace clarifier floor mortar. Additional work includes mechanical repairs to skimmer pivots, scraper arms, and pump stands in Gallery A, as well as targeted piping repairs. All work shall be performed in coordination with District staff to maintain plant operations, comply with OSHA safety regulations, and adhere to environmental and coating specifications. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work and coordinate with the District to minimize disruption to plant operations.
