Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials required to provide Preventive Maintenance Service on Building Fire Alarm System, Fire Sprinkler System, Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System that includes testing and Inspection services as described herein in accordance with manufacturer’s standards. Contractor shall also perform the testing and inspections as required for the 5-year certification of all systems and associated equipment. Service includes: 1) Preventive Maintenance; 2) Repairs; and 3) Testing and Certification. 2. The anticipated term of this contract is 36 months. 3. Semi-annual services shall be conducted in June and January each year. 4. Annual and 5-year services shall be conducted in June of each year. 5. The services will be performed at the following location: Camp Roberts Buildings: See Exhibit A “Building and Equipment List” Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451
