A. Conduct review and provide integration of existing City documents and plans. B. Real time existing conditions, data collection, field survey and/or evaluation. Provide survey or base maps, as applicable. C. Any collision data and/or analysis, and travel patterns, bike and pedestrian counts, as applicable. D. Visioning, Community Engagement, Community Outreach and workshops. E. Identify and coordinate with all utilities in the project area to facilitate the design of the Project. F. Identify right-of-way acquisitions, and/or vacations to provide for the optimal design of the trail system. G. Creation of a draft plan with community input received through outreach and workshops. H. List of potential amenities, lighting, trash cans, benches, landscaping, bike station, fitness equipment. I. Consult with City’s Public Works Streetscape Division to discuss landscape options. J. Creation of conceptual design/graphics with preliminary cost estimates.
