The City of Torrance is requesting proposals from qualified environmental consultants to complete appropriate California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) document(s) for the renovation and enhancement of El Nido Park, a public recreational space located at 18301 Kingsdale Avenue, Redondo Beach, CA 90278. The objective of this project is to rehabilitate and upgrade the park's infrastructure, optimize accessibility features, augment recreational facilities, and ensure long-term sustainability and safety for all. This RFQ is intended to be as descriptive as possible. However, Proposers may not take advantage of omissions or oversights in this document. Proposers must supply products and services that meet or exceed the requirements of this RFQ. In the event of a dispute over installation or performance, the needs of the City of Torrance will govern.
