Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County requires a medical provider with expertise in Occupational Health with the appropriate state licenses. The services to be provided shall include but may not be limited to post-offer/pre-employment physical examinations, occupational health medical services, hazardous materials workers examinations, communicable disease workers examinations, annual exams for safety employees, respirator medical evaluations and respirator fit testing, and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)/Department of Transportation medical examinations. Advice and consultation services related to Occupational Health must be provided to the County at no additional cost. The Contractor must have the ability to perform screenings, immunizations and vaccinations at various County work sites and hours as may be specified by the County.
