The scope of work for this task consists of Pre-Design services (Feasibility/Conceptual Study), including a Pre-Design Report (PDR) for the Project that contains a cost estimate. The proposed Project is located along Los Feliz Boulevard from Fern Dell Avenue to Vermont Avenue and considers the connecting segments of Western Avenue, Oxford Avenue, Serrano Avenue, Hobart Avenue, Edgemont Street, and Berendo Street which connect Los Feliz Boulevard to Franklin Avenue, an existing Class III bicycle route. The draft report and associated studies will be reviewed and approved by the BOE staff before finalization by the Consultant. The BOE will work with the Consultant to coordinate reviews by the City and to finalize the format and contents of the PDR. Final submittal deliverables to the City will include the Microsoft (MS) Word file and a PDF of the final approved PDR, along with any associated studies, including native version of the Exhibits in computer-aided design (CAD) format. The PDR shall be in accordance with all applicable requirements and criteria outlined in Chapter 7 of the latest edition of the BOE’s Project Delivery Manual (PDM), which can be accessed at https://projectdeliverymanual.engineering.lacity.gov/.
