The project is to provide all labor, materials, equipment and applicable permits, permit fees, and disposal fees to demolish allvertical elements above grade, within the 85.5 acres including existing agricultural and residential buildings. The work includes, butis not limited to: Demolish and remove from site structures, both agricultural and residential in nature, including their foundations.Demolish any raised interior and exterior concrete slabs, above typical level of 4" above grade. Demolish metal and wood fencelines, both on grade and within concrete slabs or curbs on grade. Demolish raised concrete curbs, both with and without metalpiping, in addition to respective footings, where required. Demolish any above grade, metal or concrete irrigation piping and orvalves and cap off as required. Remove and cap off existing utilities. No movement of existing grade shall take place. Additionally,destroy 7 existing wells as required per "California Well Standards". Removal or filling in of existing septic systems, as required.Remove all landscaping within 300' Â 0" of right of way fence line at Cucamonga Ave. Contractor to remove all debris off site prior tocompleting work and leave site in a clean, debris free state No additional specifications were given.
