Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall: 1. Maintain and provide a copy of their California Water Hauler’s License issued by the Department of Public Health for hauling potable water. 2. Provide a potable water truck with a water-holding tank capacity of at least 3,000 gallons. 3. Obtain potable water from the following designated Santa Margarita Water District (SMWD) metered location: 56 Sendero Way, Ladera Ranch, CA 92694. No changes to the designated metered location will be made unless approved in advance by both the County and SMWD. 4. Deliver potable water from the SMWD metered location to the water storage reservoirs located along East Ridge Trail at Caspers Park. 5. Deliver approximately 3,500 gallons of water per each delivery trip to the park until the reservoir is at capacity. The last haul amount will depend on the remaining available capacity of the tank and may be less than a full load. 6. Be permitted to install a locking device on the hydrant construction meter end to restrict unauthorized access. 7. Open and close all hydrant valves slowly. 8. Ensure all precautions for safety are taken. 9. Report any unsafe road conditions on East Ridge Trail to the Park. 10. Ensure all Contractor vehicles parked on site are secured
