1. Provide four (4) portable toilet units with flush and sink. 2. Coordinate with CDFA program contract manager, or designee, on the delivery time and installation of four (4) portable toilet units. 3. Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to maintain the portable toilets in a clean, well- maintained condition, free of all odors, grime, stains, and litter. 4. Provide regular cleaning services (two times per week), for the units to maintain sanitary conditions. 5. Provide all supplies needed, at no additional cost to the State, including but not limited to: toilet seat covers, toilet tissue, paper towels, and liquid hand washing soap. 6. Respond within twenty-four (24) hours to all concerns of the State. Failure to respond and establish remedy pertaining to expressed concern shall be grounds for termination of the contract.
