• The Contractor shall obtain permits and/or licenses necessary to comply with all California laws, codes, and regulations applicable to performing this scope of work • The Contractor shall obtain approval from the Station Manager before servicing or cleaning restroom • The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete the scope of work • All work shall be performed under favorable weather and temperature conditions as per material label instructions • The Contractor shall take all reasonable measures to protect State and or private properties from any damage • The Contractor shall clean up, haul away, and dispose of all debris and trash resulting from work covered under this contract • The Contractor shall cooperate with the Station Manager to ensure operations of the facility during the term of the contract • The Contractor shall provide a guarantee of work from the date of completion, for all work related to this contract • The Contractor will allow us to negotiate an extension of this contract should the need arise.
