1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Prison Industry Authority (CALCTRA) rental of one (1) 25-ton package air conditioning unit (460v-3ph-60Amps), trailer mounted at Valley State Prison, Optical building #505 at 21633 Avenue 24, Chowchilla, CA, 93610. A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, nonconsumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to perform services. 2. The services shall be performed at the CALCTRA Optical Enterprise located at: A. Valley State Prison (VSP) Optical building #505 21633 Avenue 24 Chowchilla, CA, 93610. 3. The services shall be provided during regular business hours, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except State holidays, and as directed by the CALCTRA Project Representative, or designee. 4. Service shall be available not later than the express date set by CALCTRA and the Contractor, after all approvals have been obtained, the agreement is fully executed, and a Sage X3 Tracking Number is issued. Should the Contractor fail to commence work at the agreed upon time, the CALCTRA, upon five (5) days’ written notice to the Contractor, reserves the right to terminate the agreement effective immediately. In addition, the Contractor shall be liable to the CALCTRA for the difference between Contractor's bid price and the actual cost of performing work by another best value contractor.
