1. The trailers provide portable sanitation and transport cargo including tools, refuse, traffic warning signs and traffic cones for highway and fire crews. 2 It consists of a flushing toilet, hand washing facility, fresh water tank, waste-holding tank, tool cabinet, storage cabinet, tool box, lumber rack, and a cargo tool compartment. 3 Trailer shall include non-electrified portable restroom and sanitary system. 4 Operating conditions as follows: towing onroad and off-road, towing on and off curbs (6 to 8 inches high), stationed along highway shoulder, and exposure to valley, mountain and desert environments with temperature ranges of 30-120 degree Fahrenheit. 5 Personnel access to the unit parked along highway shall primarily be from the right side of trailer.
