All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Badge ranks as follows: Sworn: Chief, Deputy Chief, Commander, Lieutenant, Sergeant, Corporal, Police Officer, Reserve Officer Non-Sworn: Dispatcher, Community Services Officer, Park Safety Specialist, Executive Administrator, Administrator and Supervisor. On occasion the department may create a new officer rank; which may require a one-time tooling and setup charge to have the badges made. The flat badges are to be put inside a black leather flip style slimline notebook wallet. Please include the cost for the wallet with the flat badge costs. Vendor must be able to refurbish, repair, create new badges and have the ability to put the badges into Lucite. The work may require changing the ribbon on the badge, changing the badge number or repainting the ribbons. Please take this into consideration when placing your bid.
