4.1 Vendor will host the Podcast Project to include: 4.1.1 Vendor will develop podcast recording. Each episode will be at least 45 minutes long. There will be 4 episodes. The interview will be in a studio rented by vendor. 4.1.2 Vendor will provide studio, equipment, food, water, etc. 4.1.3 Completion of 4 episodes will be no later than March 31, 2026. 4.2 Vendor shall develop a flyer and other promotional materials for podcast including: 4.2.1 Any flyers and/or other promotional materials must include the DMH and MHSA logos. 4.2.2 Two Flyers will be created. First flyer will advertise the launch and showcase of the podcast. Second flyer will be a general announcement of the podcast. The flyers will be electronic (i.e., PDF file) and letter size. 4.2.3 The flyers and/or other promotional materials including those utilizing social media platforms must be submitted to DMH Public Information Office (PIO) for approval prior to distribution. 4.2.4 All social media posts must include information on where and how to access mental health services. 4.2.5 The DMH 24/7 Help Line (800-854-7771), and the 988 Lifeline must be included in every social media post. 4.4.6 The Vendor shall be solely liable and responsible for all social media posts. The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the County from and against any liabilities and costs arising from, connected with, or related to social media posts as part of this project. 4.4.7 All flyers and/or other promotional materials will be property of DMH. 4.3 Vendor shall oversee both Podcast development and recording sessions. 4.4 Vendor shall provide DMH with a schedule of all sessions in advance. 4.5 During sessions, Vendor will record the podcast. Podcast will be released by May 31, 2026 or sooner. One episode will be released each week. Podcast will be sound recorded and not video recorded. 4.6 Vendor will provide all equipment to sound record podcast. 4.7 Vendor shall identify and coordinate the location for development and recording sessions: 4.7.1 Facilities shall be centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation. 4.7.2 Vendor shall pay for all the facility fees.
