A. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, travel, fees, permits, licenses, and other incidentals to provide replacement plumbing and repair restroom. B. Contractor shall add shut off valves to necessary water lines to continue having hot and cold-water during the work. Contractor shall reroute temporary lines and plug lines as needed. C. Contractor shall replace temporary walls with updated walls. D. Contractor shall remove and legally dispose of all replaced items and debris created from remodel which includes but is not limited to the existing toilets, urinals, partitions, and sinks with faucets. E. Contractor shall replace one (1) wall mount Flushometer water closets or equivalent, one (1) water saving low flow high efficiency toilet, one (1) Flushometer urinals or equivalent, one (1) LG 80–100-gallon electric water heater or equivalent, and one (1) shower. F. Contractor shall provide rough plumbing for new fixtures and for existing fixtures that are broken or old including one (1) hand sink. G. Contractor shall install a water supply line to support the ice maker ensuring proper filtration and drainage. H. Contractor shall connect all new fixtures to existing plumbing drain waste valve and water lines of sufficient size and condition. I. Contractor shall level floor to prevent tripping hazards, prep existing opened concrete with rebar, drill and epoxy as needed, and pour concrete as needed. J. Contractor shall apply a skid resistant finish over the existing concrete flooring in all bathrooms. K. Contractor shall fully enclose the nine-by-nine-foot (9’x9’) area in the bathroom and install one (1) new bathroom door. L. Contractor shall paint, prep, and prime all bathrooms, walls, and floors with two (2) parts epoxy primer. M. Contractor shall install partitions that consist of phenolic black core solid plastic.
