The City is seeking proposals to provide comprehensive plumbing services for various City facilities. The selected Contractor(s) will provide labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and/or upgrade of plumbing systems in all facilities owned and/or operated by the City on an as needed basis twenty- four (24) hours a day including weekends and holidays. Plumbing systems include, but are not limited to; piping, hot water piping, domestic hot water piping, cold water piping, domestic water, natural gas piping, drain piping, fittings, domestic hot water heaters and generation equipment, pumps, drains, vents, clean outs, toilets, faucets, fixtures, sanitary systems and any other associated plumbing.
