A. Contractor shall purchase, replace, install, and remove old pipes from the building to the utility provider. Contractor shall replace inefficient and noncompliant plumbing pipes at the Electricians and Merced Maintenance Stations. Contractor shall perform general types of plumbing repairs and/or modifications, which includes, but is not limited to, furnishing pipe fittings, plumbing fixtures (water, gas, air, and sewer), piping (including underground), and septic systems (including seepage pit valves and piping furnishing). B. Contractor shall mark utility lines. Contractor shall snake or unclog main lines or auxiliary lines, hydro jet lines, locate gas, water and sewer lines and will photograph lines and provide a written report. Contractor shall use its own appropriate equipment for this type of work. C. Contractor shall excavate an access area. D. Contractor shall disconnect old plumbing pipe.
