The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, and supplies required to repair, replace, remove stoppages, and install existing and new plumbing systems as required. This includes the provision of all replacement parts and component systems required for existing building plumbing systems in accordance with all original equipment manufacturer specifications. Contractor shall provide individual unit pricing for all tasks identified below: Regular service calls (Typical work-day call, hourly rate) Emergency service calls (After-hours calls, Holiday hourly rate) Sewer line stoppage clearing (up to 1.5 hours of on-site work) Water supply line leak repair (not including framing, drywall or painting repairs) Gas piping leak repair (not including framing, drywall or painting repairs) Exposed waste piping leak repairs (including kitchen and bath sink piping. Unearthing of underground piping (up to 24” in depth and 48” in length)
