The City of Fullerton Public Works Department is interested in retaining an on-call list of contractors for as-needed construction repair and/or improvements to City facilities. The list will be used to fulfil the applicable requirements of Public Contract Code Sections 22000-22045, and also provide Contractors the opportunity to bid on City repair/maintenance/improvements projects that have a contract value of no more than $220,000. Potential projects could involve: • Building - General Renovations • Electrical - Building and Site • HVAC • Plumbing - Building and Site • Roofing • Painting – Building Interior and Exterior • Flooring • Asphalt Concrete Pavement Grinding and Paving • Concrete – i.e. sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, cross gutters, etc. • Masonry – i.e. block walls, retaining walls, etc. • Water System – i.e. main distribution pipes, services, valves, fire hydrants, etc. • Sewer System – i.e. main pipes, laterals, manholes, etc. • Drainage System – i.e. main pipes, laterals, catch basins, junction structures, etc. • Pipe Rehabilitation – i.e. pipe lining • Landscape and Irrigation • Fencing and Gates • Traffic Signing and Striping • Other projects as applicable
