Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Lube all points of friction, including but not limited to, rollers, bearings, gears, and guides. 2) Ensure doors are balanced, the motor limiters are properly adjusted, the drive chains are tight and the manual system is in proper working order. 3) Inspect and test all door (if applicable) functions, including but not limited to, the electrical wiring and connections, chain, chain shafts, gears and bearings. 4) Supplies shall include, but not be limited to, belts, cleaning chemicals, oil, grease, cleaning rags, switches, and fuses. 5) Pressure-wash all inspection bay doors. 6) Replacement parts to any of the above. B. Pit Cover Semi-Annual Maintenance 1) Inspect electric motor. 2) Inspect and adjust limit switch. Lubricate limit switch shaft with a couple of light oil drops. 3) Inspect chain and adjust if required. Clean and lubricate chain with waxy type industrial strength chain lubricant and rust inhibitor. 4) Inspect pit cover wheels. Lubricate wheels with a Lithium based lubricant. 5) Replace transmitter’s 9-volt batteries. 6) Inspect pit cover wheel track and support bolts
