• Analyze data, interpret directions, procedures and regulations, and develop appropriate responses. • Prepare and maintain accurate, timely and concise case records and necessary reports. • Maintain current knowledge of CCS program and technological advances. • Explain and interpret goals, objectives, methods to clients and caregivers and family members. • Communicate clearly, professionally, effectively with others in person, over the telephone and in writing. • Attend Individualized Education Plan meetings as requested. • Instruct clients and caregivers on patient ambulation, use of mobility aids, proper use and care of equipment. • Cooperate with other professional staff to secure continuity in the treatment and training of clients. • Generate evaluation reports and recommend appropriate medical therapy plan of care. • Maintain current knowledge of therapeutic principles, techniques, and equipment used in Physical Therapy. • Understand the anatomy, physiology, and basic pathology involved in diseases, syndromes or injuries resulting in physical, neurological or mental disabilities. • Administer active, passive, and resistive therapeutic exercises.
