Specifications include, but are not limited to: Personnel performing work to assist with alleviating the workload of the Physical Security Program Manager will need to have the following minimum qualifications: - Regarded as a SME in the areas of; Physical Security; Security Systems Integration; Security, Risk, Threat, and Vulnerability Assessments/Analysis; Compliance Audits; Investigations; Policy and Procedure Analysis; Security Education, Training and Awareness; Security and/or Law Enforcement Operations - Personnel will need to be able to perform the duties of this position both in an office environment and in the field, to include remote and austere locations with temperatures ranging from 0*F to 120*F without reasonable accommodation The following items are examples of the duties and tasks that may be delegated to the Security Contractor personnel: - Performing security assessments at SMUD facilities - Presenting training and security curricula to a diverse audience of SMUD employees and/or contractors - Assisting with or performing preliminary investigations into instances involving physical security-related matters - Representing Security Operations and/or the Physical Security Program Manager in meetings, briefings, and other conferences to record data and content for later analysis and use by the security staff - Gathering data in the field to be used for Physical Security to include surveys, video, photographs, activity monitoring, surveillance, and other collection methods - Providing collaborative input and expertise for day to day operations and security-related matters that appear on an ad hoc basis .
