ARMC desires to engage a qualified vendor that has the experience, personnel, and financial resources needed to provide a full range of physical medicine and rehabilitation (“PM&R”) services described in this RFP at ARMC. ARMC requires the following professionals: a. Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician(s) b. APPs (as needed) Deliverables/Requirements - The vendor’s Practitioners must be able to provide all Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services at ARMC, including, but not limited to the following: a. Amputation rehabilitation and prosthetics management b. Arthritis, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis care c. Lymphedema and cancer rehabilitation d. Hand injury rehabilitation e. Conservative restorative spine care f. Conservative/non-invasive pain management via pharmacological treatment g. Back pain, chronic pain, neck pain, and nerve pain care h. Pediatric rehabilitation i. Spasticity care j. Spinal cord injury care k. Brain injury care l. Sports injury care m. Stroke rehabilitation n. Traumatic brain injury care o. Non-invasive treatment of sexual dysfunction p. Worker’s compensation management and treatment q. Disability evaluations r. DME assessments s. Power chair, seating devices, home modifications, etc. t. Work related injury care u. Acute care assessments for acute rehabilitation continuum of care
