The qualified vendor should be capable to provide Just-In-Time deliveries of pharmaceuticals to locations throughout Riverside County, maintain a system that can keep and manage perpetual inventory and able to provide 340B pricing. The County of Riverside currently purchases in excess of $60M of pharmaceuticals and pharmacy-related supplies annually. Presently, the County purchases products through a prime distributor utilizing Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) pricing. The County of Riverside is committed to order no less than 85% of all dollars spent on products to the awarded pharmaceutical distributor.
