A. Contractor shall spray the outside perimeter of the designated buildings to control insects and spiders, following the schedule specified in Attachment 1, Building Details. B. Contractor shall provide rodenticide bait stations ("baits") and non-poison rodent traps ("traps") in sufficient size and quantity to control rats and mice in and around designated buildings. C. Contractor shall install baits and/or traps in or around the East Warehouse, Tech Services Warehouse, and Maintenance Auto Shop, as directed by the CAL FIRE Project Representative. D. Non-poison traps and baits shall be set inside the Mobile Equipment Facility Office, as directed by the CAL FIRE Project Representative. E. Contractor shall service baits and traps, in accordance with the schedule specified in Attachment 1, Building Details, to reset or replace traps as appropriate, dispose of any dead rodents, and refill bait stations, as needed, to ensure bait is fresh and appealing to rodents. F. Any pest problems (e.g., insect, spider, or rodent) that arise between scheduled service calls shall be handled at no additional charge from Contractor, upon request by the CAL FIRE Project Representative.
