Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Burlingame wishes to establish a contractual relationship to provide pest control at City buildings. The length of the contract is three (3) years, with two (2) one-year renewal options at the election of the City. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts in order to meet its operational needs. Contractors must meet the following requirements: • Contractor must be able to meet all requirements in the attached sample agreement, if awarded the contract. (See Exhibit A.) • The contractor must be Ecowise Certified and follow the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices outlined in the attached resolution. (See Exhibit B) • The contractor must pay prevailing wages and be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations. • Must meet the insurance and licensing requirements outlined in the City of Burlingame Contractor Requirements. A business license from the City of Burlingame is required. • A monthly inspection report is to be provided to the Facilities & Fleet Division Manager.
