Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Monthly Service - Exterior: 1. Contractor shall provide, on a once per month basis, exterior structure pest control treatment service. Service shall include general treatment around the structures/buildings for general pests such as, but not limited to, fleas, ants, spiders, earwigs and roaches and spider web removal up to 24’. 2. Additional treatment(s) (non-emergency) shall be scheduled by the CDE Contract Monitor to control a pest outbreak (between regularly scheduled inspections) or to control an ongoing infestation. 3. Any additional treatment(s) shall be at no cost to the CDE. B. Semi-Annual Service - Interior: 1. Contractor shall provide, on a semi-annual basis (twice per year), interior structure general treatment (34,500 sq. ft.) including offices, conference rooms, halls, bathrooms and kitchen for general pests, fleas, ants, spiders, earwigs, roaches and spider webs up to 24’. 2. Service is to be scheduled by the CDE Contract Monitor and is to be performed in December, during Christmas Break, and in August, during Summer Break. 3. Additional treatment(s) (non-emergency) shall be scheduled by the CDE Contract Monitor to control a pest outbreak (between regularly scheduled inspections) or to control an ongoing infestation. 4. Any additional treatment(s) shall be at no cost to the CDE.
