Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is to develop a new two-story building of approximately 20,000 SF on a 0.56-acre parcel at the northeast corner of D Street and 1st Street within the City of Perris Downtown Specific Plan. The first floor will house two skills training labs that include manufacturing and welding, in addition to classroom spaces, a reception area and an entry/elevator lobby. The second floor will provide three office spaces with a bullpen work area, a conference room, three classrooms, a nursing lab, restrooms and a computer lab. The building will be a steel structure on a continuous and intermediate concrete footing and will include a concrete slab on grade first floor and a concrete slab on metal deck second floor. Secured and covered walkways will be provided at the North and South sides of the building and a storage and trash structure will be built at the rear of the building in addition to a new loading dock, transformer pad, new paved areas, new access gates and perimeter fencing/walls and landscaping.
