1) Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) water sample testing services. 2) Contractor shall adhere to United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved testing method 537.1 Version 2.0 to analyze potable water samples for PFAS. 3) Contractor shall adhere to the EPA’s Requirements and Best Practices for the Collection and Analysis of Samples for the PFAS National Primary Drinking Water Regulation regarding the testing and analysis of PFAS. 4) Contractor shall possess a valid Environmental Lab Accreditation Program (ELAP) Certification for the full duration of the contract. 5) Contractor shall provide all shipping supplies and materials, which include a cooler, packing materials, and labels to ship samples to their laboratory. 6) Contractor shall perform lab analysis of potable water samples at their business location and shall not subcontract out any testing services under this Agreement. 7) Contractor shall be responsible for promptly reporting sample analysis results to the CAL FIRE Project Representative once they are available.
