Specifications include, but are not limited to: Information Technology (IT) Project Management (PM) Services to lead a PeopleSoft Upgrade and Expansion project. The selected PM will be responsible for managing a multi-year project involving District cross-functional teams and a third-party implementation team, to successfully deliver a comprehensive and robust PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that is up to date and running on the latest viable version (9.2 or later), meets all District business requirements, is efficient and easy to use, and is well integrated with other specified internal and external systems. The proposed services will require advanced project management skills with multi-disciplinary expertise in all facets of IT PM services with substantial experience managing implementations of the latest versions of Oracles PeopleSoft ERP system for public sector agencies similar to the District. That experience must encompass the full breadth of PeopleSoft modules, components, tools, hardware, and architecture associated with Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial and Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), and Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.
