The Consultant shall provide preliminary and final engineering services leading to the completion of plans, specifications, and estimates for construction of the various requested pedestrian crossings. Consultant shall prepare a detailed scope, and services based, in part and at minimum, on information presented in this Request for Proposal (RFP) and other information. The selected consulting firm will provide project management, coordination, and preparations of all required construction documents. The scope of work for this project will generally include engineering design services for the following improvements: • A rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) solar system at the intersection of E. Visalia Road and Magnolia Avenue. Refresh pavement markings and install new where necessary. • A RRFB system at the intersection of S. Farmersville Boulevard and E. Oakland Avenue, including school zone pavement markings where needed. o Installation of one new accessible curb ramp on the west side of S. Farmersville Boulevard at E. Oakland Avenue. • Right of Way Acquisition Services (if applicable)
