Specifications include, but are not limited to:LABORATORY SERVICES Contractor agrees to provide overall supervision of the Laboratory under the direction of the Sonoma Developmental Center Project Representative. This includes maintaining the clinical laboratory in accordance with CMS Condition of Participation which requires a Pathologist for acute hospital services. Contractor will conduct at least one site visit each month during the term of this Agreement. Each visit shall be adequate to address all necessary issues. EDUCATION SERVICES Contractor agrees to provide in-service education to medical and/or laboratory staff if requested by Sonoma Developmental Center Project Representative. This may be scheduled to coincide with the monthly visit. REPORTS Contractor agrees to provide complete reports of all work performed as required by the laws, rules and regulations of the State and any additional reports that may be requested by the Sonoma Developmental Center Project Representative.
