The purpose of this contract is to provide Jewish Marine Corps recruits at MCRD, San Diego with weekly Sunday ministry and spiritual services, fostering an environment that supports the free exercise of religion as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. These services will be provided in alignment with Jewish doctrine and military regulations.
