SCO has a consistent need for video and still photography. Primarily the purpose of these services is to build up SCO’s multimedia storytelling via social media and the public website. Still videos and photos are also needed to share our mission with external stakeholders, partners, broadcast entities, and for use in internal communications like All-Staff meetings, intranet, documents, and broadcast messages. SCO does not currently have an official videographer/photographer so multimedia previously generated have come from varying sources, without consistent vision, organization, or cohesion. The services shall include taking videos and photos of the California State Controller during pre-scheduled events or event appearances located through Northern California and applicable post-production tasks.
