Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Block 03W: Anticipated Spaces: 600. Consultant will also advise on advantages of a possible vehicular access from Block 03W to the adjacent parking garage at Block 03E, also known as Higuera Garage. 2. Block 21S: Anticipated Spaces: 200. 3. Perform a review of project program, EIR and additional traffic studies, site drawings and concept level parking structure concepts to understand, design planning, external factors and site-specific factors that will influence parking access and parking density goals. 4. Consultant to assist design teams to maximize parking spaces per project by finding most efficient layouts. Consulting will include stall layout, ramping schemes, parking angles, traffic flow, tenant, and ADA accessibility requirements. Consultant will also coordinate with Architect and Structural engineer to provide input on column grid spacing and the impacts on parking efficiencies. 5. Provide red-line markups for suggested parking and access improvements where appropriate to increase efficiency, circulation capacity, access, operability or code compliance. 6. Concept evaluates for increasing parking capacity by constructing additional basement parking levels or extending parking beneath adjacent plaza areas will be evaluated. 7. Provide options for access control, system. Consultant should provide enough information for pre-construction contractor to obtain budgetary pricing. 8. Perform vehicular circulation system and entry/exit lane queuing analyses based on anticipated traffic flows and provide recommendations as appropriate for number of lanes, control equipment and queuing area.
