Specifications include, but are not limited to: Currently the City does not sell parking permits online. Existing permit sales are conducted in person through the Citys Revenue Collections team, and include the following: 1. Commuter Employee Permits for the citys two business districts, Downtown University Avenue and California Avenue 2. Permits for the College Terrace Neighborhood, a small RPP District program 3. Permits for a No Overnight Parking program in the Crescent Park Neighborhood. Commuter Employee permit sales are currently overseen by the Revenue Collections team using the citys existing permit management system, hosted by Progressive Solutions. The Progressive Solutions system does not offer online permit sales or renewal options but does allow Commuter Employees to enter into wait lists for distribution of future permits. Currently all permit holders must come to City Hall to validate their permit eligibility and procure their permits. The City prides itself on the excellent level of service provided by the Revenue Collections team, and requires that the online permit system for the Downtown RPP meet this high standard. The City currently sells, on average, between 6,000 and 8,000 permits annually for all existing permit programs.
