Specifications include, but are not limited to: CSUN, as part of its educational mission, operates The Soraya, a 1700 seat theater. CSUN also hosts many events at various other event venues on campus throughout the year. During the course of the year, several performances at The Soraya and other event venues will require the need for additional staffing of parking personnel. Valet parking services may also be required throughout the year for various campus events requiring VIP service. It is the intention of CSUN to staff the parking lots, structures, with university personnel and then bring in additional personnel via the contractor awarded this proposal on an as needed basis. Any needed valet parking services would be conducted solely by the awarded parking contractor. SERVICES 1. Attendants shall conduct light traffic direction in parking lots and/or parking structures. The traffic direction is typically NOT performed in the street. 2. Provide information and directions to the public and the campus community. 3. Issue parking permits per parking services rules and regulations. 4. Collect parking fees from attendees at designated fee collection areas. 5.
