Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Regulating and Charging for parking2. Parking Enforcement services (staffing of enforcement officers, equipped vehicleswith license plate readers, authorized to enforce a broad section of parkingviolationsincludingnon-payment,exceedingtime-limits,ADAinfractions,unregistered vehicles, street sweeping restrictions, abandoned vehicles, andother infractions authorized to be enforced by the Chief of Police. Work mayinclude red tagging vehicles and arranging for impound and towing.3. Parking Operations Services including a part-time on-site staff person to manageparking meter and/or pay station operations and maintenance, on-line andapplication based parking services vendors including ParkMobile and T2 forpermit sales and Vigilant and ParkLoyalty for enforcement services. Revenuecollection, revenue control and security, reporting, and auditing. Garageoperations including EV Charging services, access control to improve security,signage, and systems4. Customer Service including monitoring of Park Vallejo email and phone calls,researching and resolving permit and enforcement issues and complaints usingon-line portals to research details. Providing customer support for parking permitsales.5. Planning and implementation of parking management covering additional publicparking areas.
