Property Sweeping: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours two (2) times per week, on Sunday and Wednesday, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following business day, or during hours in compliance to the city ordinance code, except for state holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform duties due to a state holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next nonholiday business day. Property Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours, frequency two (2) times per month, on the first (1 st ) and third (3 rd ) weekend of the month, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. Saturday and 6:00 a.m. Monday, or during hours in compliance to the city ordinance code, except for state holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform duties due to a State holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend. Building and Garbage/Waste Enclosure Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours, frequency one (1) time per month, on the first weekend of the month, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. on Saturday and 6:00 a.m. on Monday, or during hours in compliance to the city ordinance code, except for State holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform duties due to a State holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend.
