The Services shall be provided during non-DMV business hours as follows: A. Parking Lot Sweeping: The Contractor shall perform services three (3) times per week, on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, between the hours of 6:00PM and 6:00AM of the following DMV business day or during hours in compliance with the city ordinance code, except on state holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform services due to a state holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday DMV business day. B. Paved Surface Area Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours, two (2) times per month, on the first and fourth weekend of each month, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. on Saturday and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, or during hours in compliance with the city ordinance code, except for state holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices.
