A. Parking Lot Sweeping: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours, five (5) times per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following business day, or during hours in compliance to the city ordinance code, except for State holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform duties due to a state holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday business day. B. Paved Surface Area Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours, two (2) times per month, every first and third weekend of each month, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. on Saturday and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday or during hours in compliance with the city ordinance code, except on State holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform services due to a state holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend. C. Building and Waste Bin Enclosure(s) Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours, frequency (one (1) time per month, every first weekend of each month, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. on Saturday and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday or during hours in compliance with the city ordinance code, except during State holidays as indicated at DMV’s website: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform services due to a state holiday, the services will be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend.
