The Contractor shall repair, slurry seal, resurface, restripe, and upgrade the entire parking located the EDD building located at 128 East Ortega Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101. The Contractor shall furnish and install all new components per manufacturers and attached specifications, and accepted industry standards; and shall comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. All work shall conform to the latest edition of the California Building Code and to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations including any requirements by private agencies having jurisdiction over the work. The Contractors shall be individually responsible for any item, material or devise provided or installed in the work is in full compliance with the above. 1. The Contractor shall repair the parking lot per attached approved drawing and specifications. 2. It is the Contractor’s sole responsibility to ensure all requirements are included in the construction costs. The Contractor is responsible for inspecting and evaluating the condition of the site. It is also the Contractor’s responsibility to verify all dimensions that are applicable during mandatory walkthrough. 3. No changes, modifications, or substitutions shall be made to the premises or the plans as shown except with the prior written approval of the EDD Project Manager.
