SUMMARY OF WORK; a. The Contractor shall clean existing asphalt surfaces and complete all minor asphalt repairs and oil removal as indicated on the plans, specifications, or as indicated at the job walk. The Contractor shall fill all cracks over 1/4” wide with pre-approved rubberized crack filler. The Contractor shall fill all cracks with hot rubberized crack filler after blowing out the dirt in the cracks. b. The Contractor shall apply two (2) or more coats of asphalt seal covering on all asphalt surfaces. First coat shall dry before second coat is applied. c. Work includes replacement and reinstallation of broken or damaged concrete wheel stops. The Contractor shall realign, pre-drill, and secure loose wheel stops. d. The Contractor to repaint existing painted curbs, arrows, bollards and symbols with same original colors and re-stripe per specification all existing spaces and lines.
