1) The State of California (State), Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM) is a fee-for-service organization that provides a multitude of services to state agencies and departments, including oversight of the State’s fleet, long term vehicle rentals, and parking. Pursuant to Government Code 14678, OFAM is responsible for procuring daily parking facility management services to maintain motor vehicle parking facilities owned and operated by DGS. he Bidder shall provide OFAM daily parking lot management through the staffing and operation of a one-person kiosk for Parking Lots 15 and 32 as well as After Hours Services for Parking Lots 15 & 32 as described in the Sample Agreement, IFB Attachment 9. 3) Daily (and after hours) parking lot management services will be performed at the following parking facilities: Lot 15 300 South Spring Street Los Angeles, CA 90013; Lot 32 6150 Van Nuys Blvd Van Nuys, CA 91401
